dejar  fuego lento removiendo cada 10 minutos, evitara que se queme la confititura.&lt;br /&gt;poco a poco le vamos quitando las espumas,mientras se vaya espesando la mezcla. tambien podemos espesar con pectina. se deja enfriar y se guarda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;ul type="disc"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Hidrata la gelatina sin sabor en ¼ taza de agua,      luego llevar a baño maría, mueve bien, hasta que se disuelva totalmente. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Agrega la glucosa y la glicerina, sigue moviendo      hasta que se integre totalmente.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Una nueva modalidad de crisis acecha los anaqueles, cada vez más productos escasean y conforman una nueva lista de “prioridades” para los venezolanos; los más buscados son: azúcar, leche, harina y huevos. ¿Los más afectados?: los pasteleros. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mientras que en la capital, el &lt;a href="http://www.el-nacional.com/www/site/detalle_noticia.php?q=nodo/9980"&gt;desabastecimiento&lt;/a&gt;general en los automercados es de un 70%, en el resto del país algunos productos escasean desde hace tres semanas según afirmó Luis Rodríguez, director ejecutivo de la Asociación Nacional de Supermercados y Autoservicios en una rueda de prensa. Ciudad Guayana no es la excepción, según algunos afectados como Ana María Casado. Y es que cuando productos como la leche, la harina, los huevos y el azúcar son los que escasean, la situación “no puede ser peor” para los que viven del oficio de la pastelería, así lo afirma Casado, quien como muchos otros sufre las consecuencias del desabastecimiento. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Una vida de pasteles &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Gisela Rodney se dedica a la pastelería desde hace más de 35 años. Todas las mañanas se dirige a un concurrido supermercado de la ciudad y con su carrito espera encontrar los ingredientes necesarios para sus deliciosas tortas. Aunque Gisela se jacta de conocer cada mayorista, supermercado y hasta abasto de la ciudad, el desabastecimiento la ha obligado a prolongar sus horas en los supermercados, 15 horas semanales son necesarias para la búsqueda de las materia prima de sus creaciones. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;“Hay que ingeniárselas” dice Gisela mientras suspira. "Conseguir los ingredientes tiene sus trucos, primero hay que levantarse temprano como dice el dicho: el que madruga Dios lo ayuda” explica refiriéndose al horario en que los proveedores descargan, lo que se traduce en mejores probabilidades para encontrar un producto. Pero Gisela tiene sus preferencias, y localizar los ingredientes de cierta marca se hace más complejo, en ocasiones encuentra los materiales, aunque no de la marca que necesita. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Toda una odisea&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Gisela Rodney empieza muy temprano su día, para iniciar la búsqueda de los ingredientes necesarios para sus tortas. Cuando no encuentra un producto en los supermercados consulta a contactos que le “alertan” cuando llega algún producto. “Yo tengo una vecina que trabaja en un supermercado, cada vez que llega algo ella me llama, yo me voy con mis hijos y mi esposo para que compren, como se ha limitado el consumo, sólo permiten sacar 2 kilos de azúcar o leche por persona”. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;La odisea no termina aquí, y la escasez tampoco. A pesar de la bonanza petrolera, hay desabastecimiento de gas, entonces las colas saturan la entrada de las empresas distribuidoras. Rodney, como muchos, ha estudiado la posibilidad de comprar un horno eléctrico. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Otros días no se consigue casi nada, por ello Rodney recurre a su plan B: viajar a otra ciudad en búsqueda de su materia prima. Las adyacencias a las grandes ciudades del país suelen ser una buena opción, explica Rodney. ”Es mucho más factible encontrar los ingredientes”. Sin embargo, este no es caso de Nedfaymar Robles, quien incluso en Upata, en las inmediaciones de Ciudad Guayana, “sufrió” para conseguir ingredientes para hacer una torta. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;En la mañana del pasado 19 de enero, Robles visitó varios supermercados de Upata, sin encontrar harina de trigo. “Quería hacer una torta a mi prima que cumplía años, y tuve que visitar supermercados porque los anaqueles donde siempre hay harina estaban vacíos” cuenta Robles, mientras coloca el único paquete de Harina de trigo que puede llevar en la caja de un supermercado: &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;- ¿Y consiguió la harina en algún supermercado?&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;“De hecho no sólo visité supermercados, me fui a un Mercal porque me dijeron que allí conseguiría el producto, pero que había una cola inmensa; no me importó, llegue a las 9am y la cola era interminable, para cuando me atendieron ya era mediodía, y de paso no había. Entonces decidí ir a un pueblito llamado Santa Rosa, que queda en las cercanías de Upata, por la carretera vía El Manteco, cuando llegó un muchacho de un Mercal y me vendió dos kilos de Harina”. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Por otro lado, para los que se dedican profesionalmente a la repostería, la competencia es dura y todos necesitan lo mismo, pero en diferentes proporciones. Hay casos como el de la pastelería “El Artesano”, en Puerto Ordaz, donde Gabriela Hamerlok lucha para encontrar ingredientes. “Mi esposo Ángel se queda a cargo mientras yo me voy a comprar, él es Ingeniero Químico y lo que ha hecho es sustituir algunos materiales para que las tortas queden con el mismo sabor”. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Futuro incierto&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Aunque en ocasiones reposteras como Gisela o Gabriela han tenido que pagar “excedentes”, los precios de las tortas se han mantenido. La situación es precaria; según la encuestadora Datanálisis más del 25% de las provisiones de alimentos básicos ha sido irregular desde finales del pasado 2007 y muchos esperan que la situación se normalice pronto. &lt;/p&gt;Cada afectado lo asume a su manera, algunos pelean en los supermercados por una lata de leche, otros viajan a distintas ciudades para conseguir sus materiales, y algunos sencillamente han tenido que buscar otras alternativas para sustentarse, en espera de que la situación se normalice. A partir de esta receta podemos agregarles chocolate, limón, praline, pistacho, café, fresas o cualquier sabor que se nos ocurra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Receta base&lt;br /&gt;560 gramos de polvo de almendras&lt;br /&gt;960 gramos de azucar en polvo americana importada&lt;br /&gt;cernir estos dos ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 gramos de claras montadas ( batidas )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;la mezcla&lt;br /&gt;para mezclar exitosamente el macarrón, se coloca la mitad de las claras partidas de un dia, y la otra mitad recien partidas.  Una vez que se montan las claras, se mezclan el polvo de almendras y el azucar previamente cernidos a mano con las claras montadas.  Se manguea sobre papel sulfurizado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antes de hornear, se deja repozar el macarrón en la bandeja durante 1 hora para que se forme una costra. &lt;br /&gt;Hornearemos los macarrones en el horno revent de conveccion, el giratorio del segundo piso.  Colocaremos bandejas dobles, a una temperatura de 280 grados Fahrenheit ( lo que marca el horno americano que en grados centígrados vendrían a ser 138 grados, pero el horno debe marcar 280.&lt;br /&gt;El tiempo de coccion debe ser de 14 minutos hasta 20 minutos , dependiendo del tamaño de el macarrón.  Para macarrones pequeños, supervisar la coccion a partir de 12 minutos.  Estar pendiente de que el tiro del horno este abierto.&lt;br /&gt;Para que el macarrón salga mejor, debemos dejar secr las almendras en una bandeja encima del horno durante 1 a 2 horas. molido en un &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_31"&gt;bowl&lt;/span&gt;, agregar a la mezcla anterior con  un paleta. no amasar mucho para no quitar el gluten a la masa. llevar por 1 hora en nevera antes de usar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;
